I'm very sorry because I like Tapo's Hardware like cameras, plugs and bulbs. They all not perfect but for for the price, it's a very good deal.
 

What I don't like is the related software like Firmware, the App and there support.
 

There are so many open questions here in the forum, so many threads/issues with zero answers. That's not what I would call support! If your understanding of Support is to answer questions by posting stupid 'copy&paste' phrases, then better close your forum.
 

There are so many things not working at this time, like time&date, notification in case of motion detection, the schedule for the plugs and, and, and but no solution.
 

I have spend to much time already with my Tapo devices but now it's enough, now I will go with another brand, Foscam may be but definitely nothing from TP-Link.

While you're at it, maybe you should explain to us the customers why tp-link would rather create a new product and bill they users monthly than to add a function that was previously planned to the Tapo series.

In July of last year, Brook (a tp-link employee) said that this feature was planned. Then, a few months later, he said that this feature was not planned.
