Tapo care cloud videos are not updating. It always shows videos from the day before as if they were recorded "today" and I'm unable to watch any videos recorded on the current day.

Is there any troubleshooting I can do to correct it?

Can you share some photos to explain the concern , do you mean camera stop making cloud videos from certain time , thank you 

Please confirm tapo camera and Tapo APP are both update

May I know the model of tapo,  Tapo APP version, model of phone and its Andriod or IOS verison?

@Solla-topee Hi, sure. 

 

In the screenshot you will be able to see the issue. Today is the 29th of December, but I can only see yesterday's (28/12/2021) recordings. I will only be able to see today's recordings tomorrow. If you check at the bottom of the app, where I can choose which date I want to see recordings from, it shows "today" but all the recordings are ​​​​from yesterday. 

 

I have two tapo c200 and both have the same problem. Both the firmware and the app are up to date. My galaxy s9+ is running the latest Android version. 

 

I have tried rebooting both cameras and my phone but no luck.
