If Tapo APP shows ' no internet' error, please check if your phone is accidentally connected to Tapo Smart XX default Wi-Fi. 

• Tapo APP requires phone connecting to Home wifi to add a smart device, at that time, make sure phone is connected to home wifi network, has internet and try to add smart device again. 
• Also turn off mobile data, turn off VPN on the phone,
