Hi one of my C310 turned solid red and cant be reset using the reset button i would like you to send me the firmware (latest file) and a manual how i manually put in the firmware on a sdcard and also how i can do it by connecting it to my pc thank you

Hello   @MooSe_Corp 

Thank you for reaching out to us.  May I know was there any firmware update or thunderstorm before this happened? 

Make sure you have powered on the camera and try a factory reset, if still the same, please refer to thread here and send an email as instructed to get an emergency mode tool to try.

Ive followed thoís guide it didnt help with factory reset when i hold the reset button for 5 seconds its still red The wasent any storm or poweroutage

  @Solla-topee  no help ive havent recived any firmware file or instructions how to install it. its been a week now since i wrote to you

  @MooSe_Corp i was able to make it work by connecting it wired through my router then make sure your phone and cam are in the same network. Then using the app added the camera (wired) and the app was able to detect it. Then after setup the app asked me if i want to connect wirelessly, followed the setup and the cab was able to connect and problem solved.
