Firmware Version: 1.1.13

I tried to review our CCTV's playback but I see that it only shows black screen. Today's playback shows as normal but when I try to go back a few days back, I only see black screen but it has thumbnails and motion detections. And I tried to record since it only shows black screen, it recorded good. I only see black when I record but when I go to memories, it works just fine as I can see the recorded media clearly..
My memory is 128 GB and I don't think its full (on-loop recording). I hope anyone could help me.I just noticed this last nigh, we've been using this for more than 3 months now.

I'm having the same issue. I can see recorded motion detection taken today... But if I go back in time.... Yesterday, the day before etc. i get a black screen on my phone. The app seems to play the recordings but the screen is black. Last app update was made "1 day ago".. maybe there is something wrong there...
