Thank you for your feedback for the Tapo C310 new firmware.Most of the time the firmware release are in different batches that means firmware are pushed to tapo users gradually so you may find some camera still did not get the update. it is recommended to wait for some time like a some weeks and see if there is any firmware update in the APP.
