What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
May I know the model of router, if the setup failed at last step, it is recommended to double check you have put in correct 2.4Ghz Wifi password.
Check if router 's wireless security is on WPA3, if yes, try to change to WPA/WPA2-PSK (AES).
Make sure VPN is OFF during setup.
If still not working, can I know at which step the setup fail and what is error message on the Tapo APP?
