Hello @MarcoSara
Thank you for the feedback, this does not seem to be a common issue, as we did not receive similar feedback with the same firmware.
For camera going offline, you could try some tip here:
What should I do if my Tapo smart camera keeps losing connection or going Offline?
Please also confirm the APP is up-to-date.
For camera 'resets itself' You could try a factory reset on the camera, do not set up Tapo account for rtsp or onvif, and observe if camera will reset or reboot again?
May I know how often does that happen and can you describe the LED status when camera resets or reboot?
May I know when did you purchase the camera , how about the Led status when camera goes offline? Thanks in advance for confirming the case details.

Thank you for your reply.
Regarding the offline camera, I tried following the suggestions:
- the APP is up to date
- the router is working correctly
- the Tapo smart device receives a good Wi-Fi signal (-40 RSSI); the router is 30 cm away
- the firmware is up to date (1.1.18)
- Smart Connect in the router is deactivated
- the router's DNS settings are:
Primary DNS 8.8.8
Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
I can't try to do a factory reset on the camera because it is located in another city (if the problem persists, I will try) so I can't even see the status of the leds when the telecemera goes offline.
I purchased the camera in October 2021.
Before I started writing this reply I rebooted the router and since then until now the camera has always worked properly, it has never rebooted or lost connection.
I hope this solved the problem.
Thank you!
