Note: The actual UI might be different from the illustrations due to different models and APP version upgrades. It is suggested to download the APP directly to have a full view of the detailed features.

@Mawaukee @BenGinders Hi, thanks for your feedback.
You two might talk about the different features, "wireless channel" and "connection preference"(preferred 2.4ghz/5ghz bands per device). They might not be very close to the upgrade of Deco APP and more follow with the software upgrade of the Deco hardware you have owned.

I like the look of this version and I could get used to the new display arrangement. I have a question. Has the team considered adding monthly usage metrics, such as total downloaded and uploaded? A couple of the other mesh systems have this and I would really like to see an estimate over time of what we are using. Our cable system does not currently cap our usage, but it would be nice to know before they get to that point.

Yes this is where I clicked before to change it but now it does not do anything. I even turned off data and made sure I was connected to the main Deco and cleared the data/cache of the app.

I was referencing both options and I realise that this is a device-specific firmware upgrade rather than enabled via the management app.
I will raise these questions separately so I don't distract the purpose of this topic.

Please also turn off the VPN connection if there is any.
After that, you can also try to turn on the Airplane mde, then go back to Deco APP and test again?
I have done it once and it fixed.

Thanks for your reply,
I do not use a VPN and when I switch on aeroplane mode I cannot access the Deco app because it needs an Internet connection to connect to the Decos

You can try to send them a APP feedback and maybe they can find something useful.

So far, I can still change and re-edit the DNS settings.
I think Heidi had a good idea and please submit the APP log to us and we can check if there is something wrong with the new APP.

hello again
i include screenshots of the actual topology and the issues below, when i open the app for 10 seconds it show the normal ethernet connectivity, after it show half connections with ethernet and after 10 sec again it show all ethernet.... model M5 i think version V.3 with 1.5.7 version
