Hi all,

Is there a way to upgade from a Tapo Care Premium plan for one camera to a differen plan to include more cameras?

Let's say that I have the Tapo Care Premium plan for one camera and want to expand and increase the number of cameras in my house and include them in Tapo Care. What would the best way to do it without losing the money already spent on the one camera plan?

Hello @rizeUP

You can select the Basic or Premium plan to cover more cameras from the Tapo APP/Tapo Care website and click Upgrade now.

The unused days in the previous plan will be returned in various formats or be used for the new plan billing depending on which Tapo Care channels you subscribed from.
