Please help me.my tapo c100 got power off today, it remains at slow red after power on, it wont become red green and the wifi tapo_cam xxx is not visible, & im unable to reset it. Please help me

Check here for the correct way of resetting the Tapo camera. How to reset my Tapo camera

If the problem is still the same, please contact the retailer or the local TP-Link support to check for warranty.
