Tapo C100 firmware 1.3.6 V 2 Notification Not Working more
I have 8 Tapo C100 cameras, after the upgrade to the new firmware 1.3.6 from the 1.1.15, the movements notification doesn't work on the app.
The upgrade Is installed on 6 cameras only, on the others 2 cameras Is still installed the 1.1.15 firmware and the notifications working yet.

Hello,
Thank you for the case report, and please help confirm the following information.
1. For a Tapo C100 with the new firmware, please go to the Tapo app>click on it>go to Camera Settings>Detection & Alerts>Motion Detection, is this feature enabled? If so, please describe your settings on this page.
On the Detection & Alerts page, please go to Activity Notifications, have you enabled it and the schedule set to Always?
If the AI Detection feature is turned on, please let me know what AI detection features have been enabled.
2. If the notification and detection settings are correct for the C100, but you can't receive the notification when an event is detected, please go to the Tapo app>Home>Message icon at the top right corner, and can you see the notification for this event?
3. Please let me know the MAC address of the C100 you used to test, and the time, date, and time zone when the camera detects an event.

Settings:
Motion Detection: enabled
Activity notification: enabled and set It to Always
IA detection: human enabled (i tried all disabled too, the effect Is the same)
On the Tapo App i've not any alert in the top right, but i can read in the the "Cameras" schedule in the bottom, in the Windows of the C100, "last Activity 0 hours ago"
So i think the problem Is the POP UP on the app

Hi,
If the Tapo cameras connect to an NVR/NAS, please disconnect them from the NVR/NAS and then check if the notification feature will work.

After the camera was disconnected from the Nas and restarted, the notifications works again.
But i need it works during the camera Is connected to the nas as the last firmware versione, Is It possibile?
