We do not have the information about when and whether the feature to download video recordings from an SD card on the Tapo app will be available on the Tapo C225, but I'll log this feature request and forward it to the related team to evaluate.
If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service, you can download the motion detection clips stored on the cloud server via the Tapo app, please refer to the "Cloud Video" section in the link below to see the detailed instructions.
