C420 Camera firmware update
Hi,
I have two C420 camera (part of the kit)
One has update to latest
1.2.14 firmware, the other is on 1.2.12 and when checking for firmware update it says it's on the latest 🤷♂️🤔
Is there any workaround?

We are releasing the firmware(1.2.14) for the Tapo C420 gradually so you see one camera has firmware version 1.2.14, and the other one has firmware version 1.2.12.
Please wait patiently, and when the new firmware(1.2.14) for the Tapo C420 is fully rolled out, your two cameras will have the new firmware.
