Hi,

I have two C420 camera (part of the kit)

One has update to latest

1.2.14 firmware, the other is on 1.2.12 and when checking for firmware update it says it's on the latest 🤷‍♂️🤔

Is there any workaround?

Hi All,
The latest firmware(V1.2.15) for the Tapo C420 V1 is fully released. If your camera is online, you can refer to the link below to update the firmware of your camera.
How to update the firmware of the Tapo&Kasa devices on the Tapo App?

Hi,
We are releasing the firmware(1.2.14) for the Tapo C420 gradually so you see one camera has firmware version 1.2.14, and the other one has firmware version 1.2.12.
Please wait patiently, and when the new firmware(1.2.14) for the Tapo C420 is fully rolled out, your two cameras will have the new firmware.smiley

yes it rolled out few days ago :) now both camera are up to date

  @Diego_B I have the same situation now, one camera with 1.2.14 and another one with 1.2.15.

 

What about your situation? As we know, we have to wait ...

Same with 1.2.15, one is already update the others still waiting, but its' not a problem :)
