Tapo C310 - quality switching automatically from 2k to 720p (unwanted behaviour!)
Problem
I've been having a problem with my Tapo 310. The image quality keeps resetting from 2k back to 720P. I sometimes have a low bandwith for a few seconds (which is fine for me) and that's I believe this is when it switches to 720 and never switches back to 2k. So imagine that for half a minute the bandwith is low, this lowers the resolution, then it is good for the next 24h or more and the resolution stays low. This is highly frustrating.
Timing
This started happenign after one of the last updates (the app looks different than several weeks ago). I've had my camera connected to NAS for recording for a year now and never experienced it before.
Question
How can I force 2k resolution on the camera reagrdless of bandwith? I can live with several seconds blackout, but I can't really live with 24h of 720p recordings that give me nothing, as the quality is just so poor (let alone the bitrate discussed in other threads...). Again - it did not happen before (even though I had occasionally blackouts in bandwith or connection), so I guess some firmware update must have changed it as some kind of a feature, which to me is very frustrating. Can you make it at least configurable? :P
Or - how can I downgrade the firmare to have it behave like it used to?
