Can I have multiple cameras with different notification setting? I want to have cameras that are inside the house notify me if movement is detected but cameras  outside/facing outside not to

You can set different notification settings for different cameras, and below is the instruction to set up the Notifications feature on the Tapo app for your camera.
How to configure the Notification feature for the Tapo & Kasa devices on the Tapo app?

you can play around with the notification settings in each camera settings

just disable notifications for the outside camera
