Tapo C210 - Shared device offline
Tapo C210 frequently shows offline on shared device account. However, the camera is online on the main user's account. Any reason why?

Hi,
Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Device Info page to check its MAC address and ensure the camera under the main user's account and the shared device account is the same one.
If so, please check the LED status on the camera and check if you can control it when you use mobile data on your phone(turn off Wi-Fi) with the main user's account.
The problem may be the camera does not connect to the internet, and you need to confirm if the router's Wi-Fi is working first.

ok, I will check on that. What should I do if the mac address is different?
The router's wifi is definitely working as four other C210 are functional and online for both main account and shared device account. Only one is having issues.

Hi,
If the MAC address is different, which means the camera under the shared account is offline, you can find the camera, reboot it or reset and reconfigure it, then check if it will work fine.
If the MAC address is the same, please help check the LED status on the camera, and you can reboot it for a try.
