I have tried to create a shortcut and automation entry with the Tapo C225 on the Tapo app, and this model does not have the motion detection option available when adding an entry.
If you want the Tapo C510W to start monitoring and activate the detection feature at a specific time and then stop monitoring at a specific time, you can add automation entries to turn on/off the Privacy Mode. When the privacy mode is turned on, the camera will stop monitoring, and the detection feature is also not working.

If you need the camera to record video and audio all the time but with the motion detection feature turned on during a specific time, I'll log the feature request and pass it along to the team to evaluate.
