Before the new Tapo app update with old UI, I'm able to view Tapo camera within LAN. After updating Tapo app, I'm unable to view the Tapo camera, please advise.

Hi,
The app with the new UI allows watching the camera within a LAN connection. In this case, please help confirm the following information.
1. Please describe your network diagram in detail, such as the internet cable--wireless router)))(((Tapo cameras, phones, etc.
Are your phone and the camera connected to the same router's Wi-Fi or different router/AP's Wi-Fi?

2. When the router is disconnected from the internet, what's the IP address of the camera and the phone? Can the phone ping the camera's IP address successfully?

3. Please ensure your router does not have the special features enabled, such as AP Isolation, so the phone can't talk with the camera.
