my playback in sd card was automatically deleted
How to recover my playback video in my sd card I need that specific video for evidence that I should submit to the police station for the theft incident that happened in my store please help me recover what should i do

If a video recording is available on the SD card, you can refer to the instructions below to download it on the Tapo app, and on the camera's Live View>Playback & Download>Download page, you can download it again to save the video recording to your phone's album.

However, our Tapo app can't restore the video recordings that are not available on the SD card already.
