Tapi C100 and C200 do not detect Event Thumbnails .

Tapo support says it is because hardware limitations.

Same cameras with same hardware had this Event Thumbnails (the images you click that jumps to the timeline of the event and plays it)

just a few months before.

What happened? Auto update of the TAPO app.

Support says it is because of hardware limitation.

Ok, keep fooling your customerts and steer into another direction. you will loose your fan base.

Any body had this issue? how did you fix it?
