My camera was unintentionally disconnected for a day. When reinstalled the detected event thumbnails have disappeared, they were always there previously. I have rebooted but no change

Hi,
It's suggested to go to the camera's Device Settings>Device Info page to check the MAC address of the camera and send it to me(@Solla-topee) via a private message.
Can you share a picture of the page that does not show the detection event thumbnails?
