C200 'This smart device can only be controlled locally"
Hi
I tried to set up this new C200 but never succeeded. It always shows "This smart device can only be controlled locally". I searched many communications but could not find a solution. DNS has been changed to 8.8.8.8. Restared and un-plugged many times.
I have other C200 and C210, they are all working well. One this one has issue. Please let me know what else I can do? Thanks.

Thank you for the case report. Please help confirm the following information for further assistance.
1. Please send me the MAC address of the new Tapo C200 via a private message, and you can find the MAC address on the camera's Device Settings>Device Info page.
2. Is it a brand-new Tapo camera? When did you buy it? Do you have the invoice?
3. What TP-Link ID(email address) do you use when logging in to the Tapo app? You can also send it to me via private message.
