Tapo will not reset
I just received new Tapo C420. One camera will not restart to set, one is OK. The other one just blinks red. Factory reset does not help. It actually does not reset. Pressing and holding reset button causes it to bling fast red but then it starts blinking slowly red.
What can I do?

Hi,
Please try to remove the battery from the problematic Tapo C420, move it close to the hub Tapo H200, and ensure the hub is working.
Power on the Tapo C420, wait for two munites, and press and hold on the SYNC/RESET button for 5 seconds.
If the status LED on the C420 flashes red quickly when resetting it and remains flashing red slowly after resetting, it's suggested to contact the retailer or local support to get a replacement.
