Model: Tapo C500
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

Pan-tilt correction puts the camera facing towards the mount side (wall side) and not the front side where we intended to view.

The below picture shows that even after pressing UP to max, it is only pointed untill downside.

It was working for sometime before and now the pan-tilt correction is not putting it in right direction. Please help.

  @xmac

Hi,
On the camera's Live View page, please tap the Record button to start recording video, then tap Pan & Tilt> tap the icon at the top right corner of the Pan & Tilt page>tap Pan & Tilt Correction button to let the camera pan and tilt and back to the default position, and then tap the Record button to stop record video.
Go to the Playback & Download >Download page to download the video recordings to your phone's album, then send us the video recordings for further analysis.
Best Regards
