2 cameras c210 and c310 stop working after update
hi my 2 cameras stop work after update.
i try many times hard reset, buton for 10 secound then when trying to make a new connection, it finds the camera in my smartfone app then camera try connect to the home network and then after selecting my home network and entering the correct password
shows a network error writes to move closer to the router and check the password. It's always like this

Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. What's the LED status on the camera? If the LED is not flashing green and red, please reset it. If the Tapo C210 and C310 show offline on the Tapo app, please remove them either.

2. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, try to reconfigure the camera to connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi with a different phone, and check if you can set up the camera successfully.

I tried to do it via cable. the effect is the same, you can't connect to the network
