We have noticed this problem in recent times. Tapo Care is not able to store and upload recordings from the camera.
We have paid subscriptions but still recordings are not stored.
Can you please help. Waiting for some response.

Hi,
Have you turned off your cameras for some time? For example, you have turned your camera off when you are at home and only turn it on when you are leaving home.
Since the camera is offline now, it's normal that no video clips be uploaded to the cloud server if the camera is turned off or has no internet access.
Please help check the LED status on the camera, describe your Detection configurations, and check if you can receive notifications on your phone(or on the Tapo app>Home>Bell icon at the top right corner) when the camera detects events.
