I have 6x Tapo C320WS camera set up in Australia and would like to share with my family in China, however they cann't find the Tapo App from Apple App Store, can anyone suggest if there is a way to share, or how to download the Tapo App in China?

Since the Tapo C320WS is not sold in China mainland, the Tapo app is not available on the Apple App Store when using an Apple ID registered in China mainland.
You can share your Apple ID with your family so they can log in on the iPhone to download the Tapo app, and then they can use it.
