False detection
I have recently purchased and installed a TC40 outdoor camera. I like the functionality but for one major problem.
At night with the infra red it detects rain as either motion detection, person detection or camera tampering. Regardless of what level the sensitivity is set at.
Consequently on wet nights I have to switch it off which defeats the object.
Any solution to this annoying issue?

Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains for further analysis.
1. On the camera's Device Settings>Detection page, please send me a picture of it.
2. Can you share a video showing the false detection issue, and let me know what types of notification(motion-detected, person-detected, etc.) you have received?

Please go to the Person Detection page and let me know the sensitivity you have configured.
I did not see the attached video, can you share it with us again? Or you can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link, and then send me the link to download the video.
