Please can someone explain to me how I can change the settings for the video recording duration on my Tapo C310?

It is currently set to 20 sec and I'd like to change that to the maximum possible.

The WiFi signal is excellent and no other issues as far as I can tell.

i just can't find the relevant setting in the app.

Hi,
There is no option on the Tapo C310 to set the video recording duration. If your video recording length can only be up to 20 sec, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page and send me a picture of this page.
2. Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care service, and the cloud video clips are short? Or have you inserted an SD card into the camera to store video recordings, and they are short?
3. Can you share a video recording that shows there is motion, but the camera does not continue to record it?
