Stopped getting Notifications! They appear on App but not to my phone. If they come, they can be hours late. Worked before. Only thing that has changed, is updating my phone to Android 14. Phone is One+ 9 Pro.

 I reply to myself....now I've turned every switch in the app off and on, reset my hubs. Tested and now Notifications works again as they should....so where was the problem, don't know but something of these actions helped.

Back again. I guess the issue is Android 14, since the Notifications works on time with my wife's phone but not every time with mine which was updated to Android 14 few days ago. And the problems started then also. So there is something for the R&D-department to work on....!

If the problem remains, please confirm the model number and OS version of your wife's phone, and whether your phone and your wife's phone log in to the Tapo app with the same TP-Link account.

  @Solla-topee Those tips didn't apply to my Oneplus, just Tips 1. 

 

We are both logged in with my account. Her notifications works.

 

Her phone Honor View 20 Android 13

Mine Oneplus 9 Pro Android 14

An update on my issue....Since the tech teams help.apk, no problems have occured. Weird....and nice at same time!

Hi,
Since the debug app is working fine, we don't have the app log for analysis, and you can keep using this app if you don't mind. 
You can also download the Tapo app from the Google Play store to have a try.
