Stopped getting Notifications

Stopped getting Notifications! They appear on App but not to my phone. If they come, they can be hours late. Worked before. Only thing that has changed, is updating my phone to Android 14. Phone is One+ 9 Pro.

@JF72 You can try to uninstall the debug app and check if the problem disappear.
