D230 Doorbell detects motion outside zone
My D230 Doorbell detects motion outside green green, I.e when someone walks past or a bus go's past. People detection doesn't work for me, far to sensitive.

this is something my ring doorbell didn't do.

I have same question with D230S1.
In my case, I observed people out of green zone not triggering notification, but vehicles does.

2. Please share a video showing that the person/bus movement out of the activity zone triggers the doorbell's motion detection feature to work.

1. Ensure the camera, hub, and the Tapo app are up to date.
2. Send me the pictures of the doorbell's Detection page and Motion Detection page.
3. Confirm the Wake-up Sensitivity.
4. Send me a video showing the reported problem.

@Nickrno77 just to let you know I'm in touch with support, they updated the FW which gave me custom zones for people, cars etc. unfortunately I'm still getting movement notifications still outside the zones. If I turn the sensitivity down people coming to the door (not ringing) don't get picked up. Hopefully TP-Link support can fix this.
