Please help confirm the following information for the reported case.
1. What's the model number and OS of your iPhone? What's the version of the Tapo app?
2. Please update the Tapo app to the latest one from the App Store if your app is not the latest one.
You may try to uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall it and check if it will help.
3. Can you stream the camera's Live View page successfully on the iPhone?
4. Send me(Solla-topee) the MAC address of the Tapo C320WS via a private message.
