Hi there,

 

I have a C310. It's worked fine (6 months) up until now. The camera picks up movement and it gets recorded under my subscription.

 

However the alarm sound no longer works. Can someone tell me how to work it again? I've already tried rebooting the camera, toggling the on and off button for the alarm but it no longer makes the siren sound anymore.

 

I also note that the microphone no longer works.

 

Any solutions? The model on the app reads as C310 but when I was entering it into the system here the model didn't show up. However Ive only just bought this camera 6 months ago. It can't be an old camera right?

 

I also pay a subscription.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for the reported case.
1. Send me a picture of the camera's Device Settings>Alarm page.
2. How do you test if the camera's microphone is not working? 
3. On the camera's Live View page, please tap the Talk icon>click on the icon at the right top corner of the Talk page>ensure your microphone and speaker volume are set to the highest level, then check if the alarm and microphone of the camera will work.
