TpLink tapo c200 camera got bricked after performing systematic firmware update from tapo app. 

Camera was working fine before the upgrade, after the upgrade only IR lights popup and nothing happens 

Indicator lights doesn't turn on at all. 

Tried factory reset and manual SD card update nothing helped visited bangalore authorised tp link service center, staff were very irresponsible and stated they cannot repair the product even though it was caused due to software update and refused for paid service as well. 

Can you please assist me with the steps to resolve this issue as the product is not working completely.
