My alarm has stopped working after a few days and the camera isn't recording any movement detections or notifying me. The camera works fine tracks and does all that other than work. 
 

I've rebooted reinstalled updated my firmware, basically I've tried everything lots of times. It did work at first and now it doesn't.

Hi, 
Please try to uninstall the Tapo app on your phone, go to the App Store to download and install the latest Tapo app(v3.3.109), and then check if the camera's detection and alarm features work fine.

You can also factory reset your camera and reconfigure it for a try.

  @Joe701 I think your Tapo C200 may have a settings issue rather than a hardware or firmware problem. Ensure that motion detection and alarm notifications are enabled in the camera settings. Check the storage settings to confirm the SD card or cloud storage is functioning properly, as full or incompatible storage can prevent recordings. If you've tried everything, consider testing an online alarm clock to verify your device’s notification system isn't the issue. Finally, contact TP-Link support for further troubleshooting if the problem persists.
