I have been struggling with this camera for days now. Changed to a very powerful SD Card as instructed by Tapo. But I cannot get the camera to work for continuous or timer recordings. I have tried and set schedule to both 24 hours as well as timer for an hour. Nothing is recording.

I do not want to record any motion so those settings are turned off. just want 24 hour recording of everything. . What on earth am I missing. Please help I am at the point of despair!!!

You can refer to the link below to view continuous recordings on the Tapo app.
How can I view continuous recordings of Tapo&Kasa cameras on the Tapo app?

If the continuous recording feature on your camera is not working, please help provide the following information to confirm if your configuration is correct.
1. What's the model number and MAC address of your camera? You can send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address via a private message.

2. What's the model number, capacity, and format of the SD card inserted into the camera?

3. Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recording page:
1) Send me a picture of the microSD Card page.
2) Ensure the microSD Card Recording feature is enabled.
3) Send me a picture of the Recording Schedule page.

4. Please go to the camera's Live View>Playback & Download>Playback>SD card page and send me a picture of it.
