Privacy mode will not turn off

Privacy mode turns on by itself, when I press to turn off it clicks back over to privacy. I have the TC60 model. I need camera to record 24-7. Does anyone else have this problem?

In this situation, it's recommended to factory reset the doorbell camera, reconfigure it, and then check if the issue persists. If yes, please confirm the following information.
1. Go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
2. When you turn off the Wi-Fi on your phone and use the mobile data, is the camera displayed online on the Tapo app? If so, do you see the "Please try again later" message when you reboot the camera or turn off privacy mode?
