My camera stopped recording 4 weeks ago - no playbacks available at all.

My SD card is full but I have loop recording selected so this shouldn't matter. I haven't changed any settings.

Hi,
If your configurations are not changed but no playbacks available at all, firstly, it's suggested to remove the SD card from the camera, connect it to a computer via an SD card adapter, and then check if there are new video recordings saved but can't play on the Tapo app, or if there are no new video recordings saved.
