Hi

I bought two C200 at the same time for two different placeses about 2 years ago. Both of them worked fine in this period of time. Now i bring one of them to the same place of the other one and set it up but it says you can view it only with local network!

How can i solve my problem?

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

Note:
1) Please ensure your Tapo app is up to date.
2) Please let me know the test results of the above steps if the problem remains, and confirm the LED status on the camera.
