I have only just bought two of these cameras. I am trying to install them both but only one has fully installed...the other one says cant find ip address. Also if I unplug the cameras from power they disconnect & I have nothing...any help appreciated

If you have the error code "Failed to receive an IP address" after the camera connects to the router's Wi-Fi, you can try the following steps.
1. Reboot your router, and ensure it has an internet connection.
2. Disable the MAC Filtering or Firewall feature on your router if they are enabled.
If the problem remains, try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset your camera, reconfigure it with another phone to connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if the camera will work.
