Hi
Typically, the smart device will reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network after a power failure. If it doesn't, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
    1. Restart the router, then reboot the smart device once the router's Wi-Fi is operational.
    2. Disable the Smart Connect function on the router.
    3. Set Different Wi-Fi names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz Bands.
Then you can check if the smart device will reconnect to the router's Wi-Fi automatically.
Best Regards

@DineshVoodi I have had the exact same, had to setup a weekly power restart to assist.

Ended up going back to the Kasa range of cameras until the Tapo range is improved

Hi,
Please ensure your reset operation is correct: hold the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera, and then check if the LED on the camera will change.
If the LED doesn't change, you can contact the retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty.
Best Regards
