Hallo,

so if the Tapo C500 is inclined downwards and you just walk under the camera out of its view then the camera stops follow you/track ur motion. I dont know how to fix it, actually i was happy with the camera but if the motion tracking doesnt work right, i have to return it. Can you help me with it ?

 

Edit: its just like if you walk slowly then the camera can sometimes follow but if its a lil bit faster and then under the camera, then it doesnt work
