Model: Tapo C310

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.3.9

I have a Tapo C320 that I can easily configure the detection zone, but I can't find in the same application where to configure in Tapo C310. Last update of application and last firmware updated. Can you help me to configure it in Tapo 310?

Hi,
The detection settings of different camera models are not exactly the same. Currently, you can go to the C310's Device Settings>Detection>Motion Detection page to set the Activity Zone, and this zone only works for Motion Detection. The activity zone of other detection types is the full screen.
