May no blue dots April blue dots. I can watch these videos

When I go to playback on my TC70 camera I can see clips and activity, but can't play them. It says 'network is unstable'. I've tried everything. On my pc the dates I'm looking at are just images, not videos. The last video is in April.

When I look through the playback on my camera I can see a blue dot on the dates in April but nothing after that, but the clips have durations on them after April. It won't let me upload the image of the clips in May.

Hi,
Usually, no blue dots on the date means no cloud video clips stored on the cloud server on that date. You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if there are no cloud video clips.
Troubleshooting for cloud video recordings of Tapo Camera
