Home Camera showing Offline, when I am outside
Hi,
I brought TAPO C320WS for my home, it's connected to my home Wi-Fi, when I came to travel, in the app it's showing offline,
How can I veiw my home camera when I am in travel outside?
please suggest.

Generally, once your camera is configured successfully and connects to the internet, you can control it locally and remotely with the Tapo app. If you fail to control the camera remotely, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains:
1. What's the LED status on the camera?
2. Please let me know the troubleshooting you did and the test results.
3. Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the camera via a private message.
4. Describe your network diagram, and check the model number of your wireless router.
