Hi,

Some of the recorded and downloaded footage from Tapo Cloud has missing parts (seconds). Connectivity between camera and router is by WiFi and is good. It is new camera with the latest firmware. What is wrong with my camera? Auto-reset is off. No recording schedule.

Hi,
In this cae, can you share a video showing the reported issue for further analysis? You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive) and generate a link, then send us the link to download the video.
