Hi Team,

 

I am having issue with my Tapo camera where the cloud recording on playback is jumping , but on SD card is fine.

Thank you for the case report. In this situation, please send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the Tapo C500 via a private message, and we will push new firmware to it when the firmware is available and you can check if it helps. Please wait patiently.
