I've had my Tapo C200 for 2 months now. 
 

It has been working perfectly then today it has been "offline". 
I have reset it and tried to connect to the internet but it has not worked. 
The LED light flashes red?

I have deleted the device and then tried to reconnect. 

I have also made a new account and tried to connect but this has not worked either. 
 

Any suggestions ? My internet provider is Sky and nothing has changed in the past 2 months for it to suddenly not work.

Hi,
If you have deleted the camera from the Tapo app and reconfigured it but it's not working, please help confirm the following information.
1. Does the camera show offline on the Tapo app after reconfiguring it, and the LED flashing red?

 

2. What's the model number of your router, and do you have internet when connecting to the camera?

 

3. If the camera shows offline on the Tapo app, please try to change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 on the router and check if it helps. If your router has firewall settings, ACL, antivirus rules, etc. you can disable them for a try.
